This puppy is guaranteed to lifetime, against fatal and life altering congenital disease wich adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers the movement of the dog and natural gait and requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart, pancreas,
spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason, if reason is congenital, Seller will replace the puppy.
This guarantee is not cover what in the bulldog/pug breed is considered normal: cherry eyes, entropion, skin allergies,demodex, elongated soft palate and stenotic nares ( collapsed nostrilis). Guarantee of Inguinal hernia(s) is only for breeding purposes, but of course buyer is informed about any kind of suspect or fact before purchasing is done.

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been informed of these.This gurantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-
limiting and like common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threathering.
A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

A returned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the Buyer. The owner will then qualify for the replacement puppy.
Buyer is responisble for transportation costs of the returned puppy.

If the Buyer doesn’t want to return the puppy, Kennel TdD  will refund 50 % of the price, in this case Seller will not send the export pedigree for the puppy. If the puppy dies under 1 year old, purchaser will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason.If reason is congenital or genetic, seller will refund the 90% of purchaser’s price.This guarantee applies to the original
buyer only and nontransferable to a second party. 
The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon both parties and will be comparable quality.  It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may caused by environmental factors, for example : allergies, thyroid disfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorder that are not covered by this guarantee.
Any phisical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

 

We ship our puppies and dogs worldwide. We sell our babies for 14 years already, and we have many pleased customers. We have our own shipper, they are specialized onto the flat faced pups shipping, and we use only the major airlines, like KLM, Lufthansa and Swiss Air. We accept international or domestic bank transfers (pop-up money also possible) and after the full payment we ship the puppy within 10 days. The rules for the shipping are the following: the puppy must have the Rabies shot at months 3, and than we need to wait 21 days if the buyer is from Europe, and 30 days if the buyer is from USA. Within this waiting time we send photos and videos continously. Until the puppy has not got the Rabies shot, we accept only 500 as Deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if Buyer fails the purchasing procedure. Pls read our Sales agreement BEFORE purchasing! If you buy a dog from us, means, you have read, understood and agreed our Health guarantee and Sales Agreement!

                                   Terms and Conditions

The parties accept and agree to be bound by the attached Health Guarantee governing the purchase and sale of the described Dog.

 

• Buyer has paid a deposit of $500, with payment of the balance of $...................

due upon settle the shipping to the Buyer.  Payment of the balance must be paid till the shipping date, Buyer pays the bank fees,or bank transfer expenses. The bank account infos will be shared in email. are the following

The expected delivery date is between ../…….-2017 and ../……-2017 timeframe.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the Dog if:

(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the Dog for any reason or

(b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchasing Price till the shipping date

Seller is providing once another shipping date, if Buyer needs more time cause some unexpected reason.

In the event that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death or any other circumtances owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either refunded, or transferred to the next litter of puppies. No boarding fee will be charged if parties miss the first agreed delivery date cause some unexpected reason.

• Upon payment in full of the Purchase Price, Seller (at Seller’s sole cost) shall promptly take all action required to officially transfer ownership and registration of the Dog to Buyer.
• The Dog was bred as a companion animal, and Seller doesn not provide any warranty as to then Dog’s fittness for any specific purpose, inlcuding obedience trial, show ring performance..etc.
• Both parties agreed, that they will never share each other’s personal infos (especially the private messages, address, phone numbers and bank informations) to a 3rd party, public, or social pages, if somebody breaks this rule than she/he must pay compensation cause moral loss. The amount will be equal to the purchased dog. In a case of any issue or disput the sales agreement and the Health guarantee will be governing that.
